Practices of Safeguard investigation by India
15/12/2022 08:37
India with fast-growing consumers is attracting huge imports into the country, which in some cases affects the interests of the domestic industry, so India had to resort to use safeguard measures. During the period 1995-2021, India initiated a total of 46 safeguard investigations and imposed SG measures on 22 cases. Unlike anti-dumping and anti-dumping measures, India's trend of using safeguard measures has been on a downward trend in recent times.
