Virtual Conference: Improving Australia's FDI in Viet Nam in the context of CPTPP and RCEP

Currently, Vietnam is among the top 20 largest investment destinations, while Australia is the 15th largest investor in the world. However, the Australian direct investment capital in Vietnam has been reported to be modest, and the linkage between Australia’s FDI and Vietnamese domestic partners is still limited. Meanwhile, the prospect of investment cooperation between Australia and Vietnam is great, especially in the context of the two countries' implementation of mutual free trade agreements (FTAs) such as CPTPP and RCEP.

 

To identify the current situation, assess causes and find solutions to overcome, take advantage of the new generation FTAs between Vietnam and Australia, with the support of the Aus4Skills Program - Australian Embassy in Vietnam, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will organize:
