The World Trade Organization (WTO) has recently issued the preliminaryruling over the cotton subsidy lawsuitagainst the United States, in which it is determined that US has violated theinternational trade laws by providing subsidies for its cotton exports to gainadvantages in competition with Brazilian and other West Africa producers.

As report from Vietnamnet, the USFood and Drug Administration (FDA) announced on its official websitethat several hundred batches of food exports from Vietnamese enterprises withinthe first 6 months in 2007 had been rejected for some specific reasons, i.e.hygienic problems, not including product testing information and lackinginformation about the products.
