On September 11, 2012, Argentina's state foreign-trade secretariat announced that the Argentine authority has agreed to a preliminary ruling for antidumping (AD) probe on vulcanized rubber conveyor belts from Brazil and China, which are not less than 300mm wide and reinforced with textile materials; and interested parties can submit relevant evidence within 10 workdays from the announcement date.

China Wine Industry Association on behalf of domestic wine industry submited recently an application to the Ministry of Commerce, requiring an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into imported wine originally from EU. Now, the Ministry of Commerce has accepted this application, but has not yet officially started investigation.
