Australia to adopt anti-dumping measures for PVC homopolymer

An Australian Federal Government agency protecting the safety, security and commercial interests of the country is considering anti-dumping measures for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer resin from South Korea, the United States and Japan.

Argentina Passes AD Ruling on Vulcanized Rubber Conveyors from Brazil/China

On September 11, 2012, Argentina's state foreign-trade secretariat announced that the Argentine authority has agreed to a preliminary ruling for antidumping (AD) probe on vulcanized rubber conveyor belts from Brazil and China, which are not less than 300mm wide and reinforced with textile materials; and interested parties can submit relevant evidence within 10 workdays from the announcement date.

China: Ministry of Commerce has accepted application of anti-dumping probe into EU wine

China Wine Industry Association on behalf of domestic wine industry submited recently an application to the Ministry of Commerce, requiring an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into imported wine originally from EU. Now, the Ministry of Commerce has accepted this application, but has not yet officially started investigation.
