On August 21, 2012, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) announced an antidumping (AD) sunset-review final ruling that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on small-bore seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipes from Germany would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to American industries within a reasonably foreseeable time.
