Circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from certain countries does not injure US industry - US ITC

The United States International Trade Commission has determined that a US industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from India, Oman and the United Arab Emirates that the US Department of Commerce has determined are subsidized, and by imports from India, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam that Commerce has determined are sold in the United States at less than fair value.
U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on China Steel Threaded Rods

On November 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final ruling for its second antidumping administrative review on steel-made threaded rods/screw stems from China, setting 19.68% as the dumping margin of RMB Fasteners Ltd. and IFI & Morgan Ltd. from China and 206.00% as the Chinese general margin.
EU Anti-Subsidy on China Bikes under Anti-Circumvention

On November 14, the European Commission announced that it has decided to start an anti-subsidy probe into the bikes made in China but re-exported from Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Tunisia (whether marked as originating therein or not), which are also under the EU anti-circumvention from September 26.
Mexico sees deal soon in US tuna label dispute

WASHINGTON, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Mexico and the United States are close to resolving a decades-old dispute over U.S. "dolphin-safe" tuna labeling rules and are getting nearer to a solution in a fight over U.S. country-of-origin labeling rules for meat products, Mexico's ambassador to the United States said on Wednesday.
