EU Anti-Subsidy on China Bikes under Anti-Circumvention

On November 14, the European Commission announced that it has decided to start an anti-subsidy probe into the bikes made in China but re-exported from Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Tunisia (whether marked as originating therein or not), which are also under the EU anti-circumvention from September 26.
The EU started its antidumping probe and anti-subsidy probe on China bikes in October 1991 and in April 2012 respectively; it launched the anti-circumvention probe in September 2012.
