U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on China Steel Threaded Rods

On November 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final ruling for its second antidumping administrative review on steel-made threaded rods/screw stems from China, setting 19.68% as the dumping margin of RMB Fasteners Ltd. and IFI & Morgan Ltd. from China and 206.00% as the Chinese general margin.
The Commerce Department started the antidumping probe in March 2008 under HS Code 73181550.60, and finally ruled in February 2009 Chinese dumping margins at 55.16%-206%;
On May 27, 2011, the Department started its second administrative review on the case.
