On November 2, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) started an anti-dumping investigation on paper file folders imported from several countries, including Vietnam. 

On October 25, 2022, the General Department of Commerce - Ministry of Industry and Trade of Morocco initiated an anti-dumping investigation on bicycle and motorcycle tires originating or imported from Vietnam.

On July 28, 2022, the Mexican Ministry of Economy published the official gazette to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against cold rolled steel imported from Vietnam on the basis of a complaint filed by the domestic industry.

On July 28, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of an investigation into trade remedy evasion of some steel pipe products imported from Vietnam.

On June 8, 2022, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation (AD) on ammonium nitrate compound products originating from Chile, Lithuania and Vietnam (Case No. 605).

On May 24, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an investigation into whether wooden cabinets imported from Vietnam and Malaysia into the United States using parts imported from China were within the scope of application of trade remedies that the United States is applying to similar Chinese products.

On March 28, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of an anti-circumvention investigation into the evasion of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy taxes on solar cells and modules imported from Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia.
