U.S. panel approves China steel import probe

WASHINGTON, May 22 (Reuters) - A U.S. trade panel gave its unanimous approval on Friday to a government anti-dumping probe that could lead to steep U.S. duties on an estimated $2.6 billion worth of Chinese steel pipe used in oil production.
