In the first three quarters of 2009, a total of 19 countries and regions launched 88 trade relief investigations on Chinese products, including 57 anti-dumping and nine countervailing investigations, involving a total of about 10.2 billion U.S. dollars, said Yao Jian, spokesman of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), on October 15.
