US makes final CVD ruling on India’s stainless steel flanges

According to the final result of countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to India’s producers/exporters of stainless steel flanges during the period of review from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
The subsidy rate assigned to Chandan Steel Limited was 4.31%, Goodluck India Limited received 3.34%, and non-selected companies under the review will be subject to a rate of 4.14%.
This determination was applicable from October 31, 2022.
