US makes final AD ruling on hot-rolled steel flat products from South Korea

According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that certain hot-rolled steel flat products from South Korea were sold at prices below normal value during the period of review from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
The weighted-average dumping margin for POSCO was assigned 0%. Another 13 companies were set at 0.88%.
The measure was effective from April 20, 2023.
