US maintains AD duty orders on circular welded steel pipes from 3 countries
28/12/2022 05:25
According to a result of the five-year reviews, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that revoking the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the UAE would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. Therefore, the 1%-12% AD duty will be extended for another five years.
The USITC instituted these reviews on November 1, 2021 and made a determination to conduct full reviews on February 4, 2022.
