US institutes first AD & CVD sunset reviews on stainless steel flanges from China, India

According to a notice on May 1, 2023, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) launched the first sunset reviews of the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on stainless steel flanges from China and India.
At the same time, the US International Trade Commission (USICT) also instituted the first five-year reviews on these products from China and India to determine whether the withdrawal of the existing measures would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury.
The reviews were started on May 1, 2023. The deadline for interested parties’ responses is May 31, 2023, and comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed with the USITC by July 13, 2023.
