According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that carbon and alloy steel threaded rod (steel threaded rod) from India wasn’t being sold at prices lower than the fair value in the US market during the period of review from September 25, 2019 to March 31, 2021.
The estimated weighted-average dumping for Maharaja International (Maharaja) and Mangal Steel Enterprises Limited (Mangal), the two mandatory respondents for individual investigation, was set at 0%, and a 0% dumping margin was also assigned to the other 326 non-examined companies.
The measure was applicable from May 6, 2022.
