On September 18, 2019, the Indonesian Trade Security Committee (Komite Pengamanan Perdagangan Indonesia - KPPI) initiated a safeguard investigation on imports of yarn made of synthetic and artificial staple fibres.
On August 7, 2018, the Eurasian Economic Commission - EEC) notified the initiation of a Global safeguard investigation on alloy and non-alloy steel products.
On May 23, 2017, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) announced the initiation of an investigation to apply safeguard measures to solar battery products after considering a petition requesting an investigation obtained on April 26, 2017 (case No. TA–201–75).
On April 19th 2016, the Directorate General of Safeguards Customs and Central Excise of India issued Notice No. D-22011/10/2016/Pt-II of Initiation of Safeguard Investigation against Unwrought Aluminum imported into India from several countries including Vietnam.
On April 28th 2015, the Government of Turkey notified WTO of the initiation of a safeguard investigation against imports of porcelain and ceramic tableware and kitchenware from several countries including Vietnam.
