New Law has brought changes to Ukrainian Laws “About Protection of National Goods Producers from Dumping Import,” “About Protection of National Goods Producers from Subsidized Import,” “About Adoption of Special Measures for Ukrainian Import” in order to improve regulations of these legislative acts and raise their correspondence with World Trade Organization legal base norms.
In part., Law “About Protection of National Goods Producers from Dumping Import” has been amended with a legislative norm stipulating that “examining of dumping import influence on national goods producers should include estimation of all economic factors and indexes relating to national goods producers, incl. situations when goods producers are in stage of recovery from previous dumping or subsidizing consequences.”
