NEW YORK Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho Ltd. and TKS (U.S.A.) filed suit this week against the U.S. Department of Commerce in the U.S. Court of International Trade, where they challenge the final determination of the department's reconsideration of the sunset review of antidumping duties levied on TKS.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the Commission's negative determination, the existing order on imports of this product from Turkey will be terminated.
