US: Retroactive Duties Could Be Applied to Chinese Solar Imports

The controversy surrounding the U.S.-China trade debate looks set to continue well into 2012. Having already twice delayed the deadline for its preliminary decision on Chinese solar import duties into the U.S., the Department of Commerce has now introduced a "critical-circumstances" ruling, meaning that retroactive duties could be applied.
Columbia Puts Final Anti-Dumping Duties on China's Oil Casing Pipes

Recently, Columbia Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism released the Resolution No. 0026 and repealed its Resolution No. 2272 of August 11, 2010, deciding to impose final antidumping (AD) duties on China-made anti-oxidation seamless petroleum casing pipes and pumping pipes (HS code 7304.29.00.00).
