09/02/2012 12:00
Recently, Columbia Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism released the Resolution No. 0026 and repealed its Resolution No. 2272 of August 11, 2010, deciding to impose final antidumping (AD) duties on China-made anti-oxidation seamless petroleum casing pipes and pumping pipes (HS code 7304.29.00.00).
The calculation method is: if the FOB import price is less than USD 1,913.92 per ton, the antidumping duty will be the price difference between the two.
