Taiwan: Postponement of Preliminary Injury Determination of Antidumping Case

In response to the requests from the concerned parties and due to the necessity for processing investigation information, Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C, in compliance with Articles 12 and 18 of The Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, are hereby sending this notification of decision to postpone the preliminary determination of injury investigation concerning the antidumping case on Hot Rolled Steel Plate from Korea and India until May 26, 2012.
U.S. DOC announces Preliminary results in Fourth Administrative Review of the Antidumping Order on Steam Activated Carbon

WASHINGTON, May 1, 2012 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce ("DOC") today released its preliminary antidumping margins calculated in connection with the fourth annual administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steam activated carbon from the People's Republic of China, noted Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP, counsel to domestic activated carbon manufacturers. Activated carbon is used in drinking water, wastewater, odor control, and pollution abatement systems.
