On June 12, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final administrative ruling for the antidumping on China-made seamless refined copper tubes, affirming Chinese dumping margins were 0.00% micro by Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group, Inc., and 60.85% by Hong Kong Hailiang Metal Trading Limited, Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hailiang Copper Co., Ltd.
