US blocks China's PV product exports via Taiwan

In 2011, the United States conducted anti-dumping and anti-subsidy sanctions against imports of silicon solar photovoltaic (PV) products from China, so that Chinese PV producers had to export their products to the US through Taiwan, but now that the US has strengthened its blocking measures it is impossible to continue in such a manner, our sister paper Want Daily reports.
The DOC's anti dumping duties hurt the US solar industry

In response to a complaint by SolarWorld, on December 17 the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced new anti-dumping and countervailing duties against “Chinese” solar companies and their third country suppliers. This is not as simple as one might expect. It is not certain if Chinese manufacturers will suffer. Jigar Shah, President of the Coalition for Affordable Solar Energy (CASE) and founder of SunEdison (NASDAQ: SUNE), says the DOC’s anti-dumping duties hurt the US solar industry.
South Korea to extend antidumping duty on Chinese ceramic tiles

SEOUL: South Korea’s trade commission decided Wednesday to extend antidumping duties on ceramic tiles from China for three more years. The Korea Trade Commission under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy decided to impose antidumping tariff of 9.07 to 29.41 percent on ceramic tiles imported from China for three more years.
