Argentina starts AD sunset review on stainless steel tableware imports from China, Brazil

The Ministry of Economy of Argentina started the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on imports of stainless steel tableware originating in Brazil and China, following the application filed by domestic enterprise, Cincam, Sociedad Anónima, Comercial, Industrial, Financiera, Agropecuaria e Inmobiliaria.
The product involved is wooden handle or plastic handle stainless steel tableware, classified under HS codes 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20.00, and 8215.99.10.
During the investigation period, the current AD measure determined in 2018 will continue to be effective.
