Argentina maintains AD measures on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from Brazil, China

On December 23, 2022, the Ministry of Economy of Argentina issued an announcement of its affirmative final determination of the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on malleable cast iron pipe fittings originating in Brazil and China, deciding to maintain the AD duties of 143% and 295% on Brazil and China, respectively.
Besides, the price and quantity commitments submitted by China’s producers/ exporters Jinan Meide Casting Co., Ltd. and Qingdao H.R. International Trading Co., Ltd. were accepted.
The products involved are pipe fittings of malleable iron, including pipe fittings of nodular iron, with an internal diameter less than 600 mm, under tariff codes of MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM) 7307.19.10 and 7307.19.90.
