(VOV) - The US Department of Commerce has postponed its announcement concerning the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping tax on the frozen warmwater shrimp imported from Vietnam in the periods from February 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010 to August 16, 2011.

The deadline has been extended by 45 days.

The US Department of Commerce publicized the preliminary results of the period of review (POR5) on February 28, 2011, and the final results were scheduled to be stated on July 5, 2011. However, the department has said it needs more time to consider the files of concerned parties.

In this review, three Vietnamese enterprises have been chosen as compulsory verdicts, including Nha Trang Seaproduct, Minh Thu Seafood Group and Camimex.
