US ITC ask for revoking AD duty on Turkey rebars
07/12/2008 12:00
The US International Trade Commission has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
As a result of the Commission's negative determination, the existing order on imports of this product from Turkey will be terminated.
The action comes under the 5 year review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. The Commission's public report Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar from Turkey Inv No 731-TA-745 USITC Publication 4052, December 2008 will contain the views of the Commission and information developed during the review.
