The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of certain welded carbon quality light-walled steel pipe and tube of rectangular cross section, having a wall thickness of less than 4 mm.
ITA first gave interested parties an opportunity to comment after the preliminary results in June, but it received no comments. As a result, it is maintaining the existing 0.00 weighted average margin (percentage) for producer Noksel Celik Boru Sanayi AS. Petitioners in the case were Atlas Tube Inc., Chicago, and Searing Industries Inc., Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
