SteelOrbis - On April 2, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that five-year sunset reviews of the antidumping (AD) duty orders on iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada and China are to be initiated in May.
Every five years, the DOC and the US International Trade Commission automatically initiate and conduct a review to determine whether revocation of an AD duty order or termination of an investigation suspended would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury.
The merchandise is currently classifiable under item number Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) 7325.10.0010 and 7325.10.0050.
