US DOC concludes penalty duty on China aluminum extrusion

After 14 month investigation into China’s aluminum extrusion dumping issue, the US Department of Commerce formally announced the final anti-dumping and countervailing duty rate on certain China’s suppliers.
The anti-dumping duty rate is between 32.79% and 33.28% and countervailing rate is 8.02% to 374.15%. However, China’s heat sick products will be exempt from this penalty duty order.
The duty order has been taken effect this Tuesday and it will last for 5year until the sunset review.
