Recently, the U. S. Department of Commerce made a supplement for its preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on China-made steel high-pressure gas cylinders, confirming that China has granted subsidy for the products by three items of concessional loans for the state-owned enterprises, low-price power supply and pension offering, with a total subsidy rate 1.87%.
Formerly, the Department ruled that the 22.34% anti-subsidy duty rate should be imposed on both the only compelled responder Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd. and all other Chinese enterprises concerned. Now, the rate is raised to 24.21%.
As per the procedure, the Department will make the final ruling on April 30, 2012.
