United States has changed its methods of calculating margin of dumping

Competition Administration Department, Ministry of Trade said that US Department of Commerce (DOC) will cross out “zeroing” method in calculating margin of dumping from January 16th 2007. The new method will be applied to all outstanding investigations as well as ones that start at that time.
Up to now, United States has implemented antidumping measures against catfish and frozen shrimp of Vietnam. However, both of these two articles are in annual revising phase so this new method is not applied to.
