Ukraine's cabinet expects Belarus to revise anti-dumping measures against Ukrainian caramels

The Ukrainian cabinet has instructed the agriculture, economy and foreign ministries to hold talks with Belarus on a possible review of its anti-dumping measures against Ukrainian caramels.
The instruction was given in the schedule for holding talks on the cancellation or relaxation of anti-dumping measures against Ukrainian producers in 2009, which was approved by cabinet resolution No. 58 of January 28, 2009.
The document foresees holding talks with Belarus in Q1, 2009.
As reported, in August 2008, the government of Belarus decided to levy a three-year anti-dumping duty on caramels imported from Ukraine.
