Turkey - Safeguard measures on Porcelain Tableware and Kitchenware

On April 28th 2015, the Government of Turkey notified WTO of the initiation of a safeguard investigation against imports of porcelain and ceramic tableware and kitchenware from several countries including Vietnam.
Relevant Information:
1.Initiation date: April 25th 2015
2. Goods under investigation: Porcelain Tableware and Kitchenware and Ceramic Tableware, Kitchenware, other Household Articles and Toilet Articles, other than of Porcelain classified under the HS Code 6911.10 and 6912.00
The investigation was initiated upon an evaluation of a safeguard petition from the domestic industry and on the basis of the evidence and the information contained therein.
