1. Initiation date: On January 13, 2011
2. Goods under investigation: Apparels – HS Code: 6101, 6102, 6103, 6104, 6105, 6106, 6107, 6108, 6109,6110, 6112, 6201, 6202, 6203, 6204, 6205, 6206, 6207, 6208, 6211 and woven fabrics – HS Code: 5111, 5112, 5208, 5209, 5210, 5211, 5407, 5408, 5512,5513, 5514, 5215, 5216.
While waiting for the investigation results, The Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade (UFT) applies a temporary measure, in particular:
