The U.S. Makes Final Ruling of Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on Paraffin Candles from China

On Nov. 18, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Announcement on the final ruling of the anti-dumping sunset review into Paraffin Candles originating in China, determining the general dumping margin by Chinese enterprises involved shall be 108.30%.
On Sept. 30, 1985, the U.S. Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping investigation into Paraffin Candles originating in China; the HS Codes of products in question were 34060000, 95034900, 95036000, 95037000, 95038000, and 95039000.
On July 10, 1986, the Department of Commerce adopted an anti-dumping final ruling, determining the dumping margin of Chinese enterprises involved shall be 60.66%.
On July 9, 2010, the Department of Commerce initiated the 3rd anti-dumping sunset review.
