Notice of initiation of a partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of sodium cyclamate originating in China
The European Commission has received a request for a partial interim review under Art. 11(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community. The request was lodged by Productos Aditivos SA, the sole Union producer of sodium cyclamate, and is limited to the examination of dumping by the exporting producer Golden Time Enterprise (Shenzhen) Co Ltd. The product under review is sodium cyclamate, originating in China and currently falling within CN code ex 2929 90 00. The measures currently in force are a definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 492/2010. All interested parties are invited to make their views known within 37 days of 17 February 2011, the date of publication of this notice. The investigation is scheduled to conclude within 15 months of that date.
