Vietnameseexports have increased significantly over the past few years. However, exportgrowth also brings about threats. Anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measuresare popular tools that are being used by importing countries to protect theirdomestic industries. These barriers have caused heavy loss to exportingcountries like

To helpbusiness associations and community deal with the threats of trade remediescases against Vietnamese exports as well as use these tools to protect domesticindustries from imports, VCCI has established Trade Remedies Council (TRC), which has 2 major functions:
From now, businessassociations and community may request the TRC to give advices, consultationsand supports to deal with any anti-dumping, anti-subsidy or safeguard cases (orthreat of cases). The consultation will be made under a flexible and effective mechanismand initially free of charge. Besides, publications and other updated informationabout related issues will be provided for related associations and businessesin time.
