On October 18, Peru's INDECOPI authority issued its resolution no. 163-2012/CFD-INDECOPI and attached report no. 023- 2012/CFD-INDECOPI regarding its antidumping on China ceramic tiles.
The resolution indicates that the Peruvian INDECOPI has decided to end the antidumping probe on the less-than-60cm long and wide wall tiles from China (HS Code 6908.90.0000), without any antidumping measures to take because of no injury threat by the Chinese dumping to its domestic industry.
Reportedly, the INDECOPI started the antidumping probe in August 2011.
