Peru Gov decided to finalize anti-dumping tax on China's stainless steel products

Dec. 9 MetalBiz--INDECOPI released No. 2009/193 resolution, since December 6, 2009, finalizing levying the anti-dumping tax on China's stainless steel pots, teapots, saucepans and scollops.
The aforesaid anti-dumping tax judgment on China's stainless steel made by INDECOPI on December 5, 2004, on February 9, 2009, Peru related departments sent the notice to original Manufacturade Metales y AluminiosRecordS.A.. Peru related enterprises did not put forward the objection, so Peru Competition and Intellectual Property Protection Bureau made the decision according to the anti-dumping agreement of WTO and Peru's relevant laws and regulations.
