Peru: Adoption of antidumping duties against woven fibers of polyester or viscose rayon from India

On April 1, 2011, the Government of Peru adopted antidumping duties against woven fibers of polyester or viscose rayon from India.
The measure consists of antidumping margins between 1.12% and 2.76% for all enterprises.
The antidumping investigation initiated on November 9, 2009, upon request of the Peruvian enterprise Compañía Universal Textil S.A.
The product subject to the antidumping duties is classified under the following tariff codes of the Peruvian Harmonized System: 5515.11.00.00.
