The Government of Argentina - by means of Resolution 83/2010 – has closed today the dumping investigation on imports of recordable compact disc (CD-R) (N.C.M. 8523.40.11) from Paraguay. The resolution imposed a minimum FOB export price of U$S 0.25 and the measure will be in force for a 2-year period. The resolution also accepted a price commitment made by a Paraguayan company, which consists in a FOB export price of U$S 0.115 for a 2 year period.
