Ministry of Commerce adjusts anti-dumping tariffs to Japan-imported chlorobutadiene rubber

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) announced Wednesday a decision to adjust the anti-dumping tariffs to chlorobutadiene rubber produced in Japan which current rates range from 2 percent to 151 percent. The new tariffs will be within the range of 9.9 to 43.9 percent.
The decision had already been announced in May 2005 by the government at the request of rubber companies and went through two reviews.
