Mexico Initial Anti-dumping Ruling on Children's Carts/Cycles from China

Recently, Mexico's economic authority noticed China's diplomatic organ of Mexican preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on China-made children's carts/cycles, subject to an interim antidumping duty in this form:
Set a customs' referential import price at USD 51 per unit, and levy the difference between the referential price and the average import price; that difference should not exceed USD 33.01 per unit.
The interested parties can submit their remarks and evidences within 30 days from July 27, 2012.
Relevant enterprises can contact China's CCCME by phone no. 010-58280855 and fax no. 010-58280850.
