Mexico Final Ruling on Canned Mushrooms from China & Chile

Recently, Mexico economic authority gave a notice that it has finally ruled for its antidumping sunset review on canned mushrooms from China and Chile under HS Code 20031001, with levy measures as below:
For declared price below USD 2.05/net kg, to levy the difference between its customs-evaluated import price and the referential price;
Against the Chilean mushroom goods, the antidumping duty shall not exceed USD 0.3712/net kg; against the Chinese goods, the antidumping duty shall not exceed USD 0.6121/net kg, and on the imports from China Calkins Limited, the antidumping duty shall not exceed USD 1.1891/net kg.
