The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will expedite its five-year sunset review of anti-dumping duties on furfuryl alcohol from China, the agency announced on Dec. 5, 2011.
After initiating a five-year review of the dumping duties on furfuryl alcohol in early September, the commissioners concluded that although the domestic responses were adequate to merit a full review, the filings from respondents were not, and they unanimously voted for the shortened investigation.
