Indonesia: Antidumping Investigation initiated on imports of tin plate coil/ sheet

On 24 June 2012, Indonesian Antidumping Committee (“KADI”) has initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of tin plate coil/ sheet (HS No. 7210.12.10.00 and 7210.12.90.00 from Korea, China, and Taiwan (“Product Concerned”).
The requests to conduct the antidumping investigation came from PT. Pelat Timah Nusantara, Tbk. And PT. Latinusa Tbk. who collectively represent the domestic industry of the Product Concerned.
KADI will then send questionnaires and non-confidential petitions and the publication of the initiation of the investigation to the interested parties.
