Indian AD Probe into China's Resin/Organic-Material Woods/Wood Fiberboards

On November 11, 2011, requested by India's Balaji Action Buildwell, India's Ministry of Commerce & Industry launched antidumping (AD) investigation into resin or other organic-material-conglutinated woods or wood fiberboards with a thickness no more than 6 mm (except insulating boards, laminating fiberboards and boards conglutinated by resins or other organic materials) originating in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Sri Lanka, which are under HS Codes of Chapter 44.
The dumping probe period is from April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011; the injury probe period covers April 2007-March 2008, April 2008-March 2009, April 2009-March 2010 and that dumping probe period (April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011).
