This is the lawsuit initiated by India on April 09, 2009.

2. Goods under investigation: Hot Rolled Coils sheets/strips
3. Petitioner: M/s Ispat Industries Limited and Essar Steel
4. Determination:
On April 23, 2009, India made a decision to impose a temporary safeguard measure with a tax rate of 25% on imported rolled steel / rolled steel sheet / strip steel.
On December 8, 2009, the Directorate General of Safeguards of India announced to terminate the investigation and the imposition of safeguard measures.
